Bon Voyage

Hi everyone,
This blog is an attempt to keep you all in the loop. It's my first blog, so hang in there with me. Let me catch you up to speed. I applied to the Peace Corps last November - all the way back in 2008. The application process is tedious and prolonged. But fast forwarding a bit--- I was INVITED! I am leaving Michigan on February 23rd, 2010. My destination is Rwanda. I will be helping health organizations, specifically based on HIV/AIDS work. I am currently wrapping up my life here. My measly possessions are being parceled out. People are being trained in my stead. I am excited to start my adventure!
